Following Thursday morning's raid on the post office in Niederanven, the Luxembourg police have revealed further information on the getaway car.
The dark green Audi 100 Avant (registration WZ 079) had been stolen earlier from the rue de la Libération in Mamer. The car has since been located in Beggen, in the car park of the football pitch.
However, no trace of the three perpetrators has been found.
The Grand Ducal police have asked anyone who may have noticed anything supsicious concerning people and the vehicle in Mamer, Niederanven or Beggen, to contact them on tel: 113.
