Luxembourgish residents craving a better night's sleep will now be able to benefit from the services of sleep coach Christina Hansen.

The Luxembourgish sleep expert will be launching her brand new service on 8 August 2015, in order to provide solutions to those under stress whose sleep is being affected and support parents in their struggle against sleep deprivation. The latter was emphasised as particular importance by Christina Hansen, who referred to parents asking for help from friends and family as often told in response that they must accept the fact that their baby just will not sleep.

"That is just wrong," claimed Christine Hansen. "Sleep deprivation should never be the norm and for each family there is a solution." Having gone through similar experiences in motherhood with her daughter, Hansen is aware of the connected fears that can overwhelm expecting parents. Hansen herself reportedly sought help from guides and books in search of answers, but to no avail, eventually realising that all of them would hit their limit at some point.

"Every child and family is different," she explained. "Books and videos are certainly delivering a substantial amount of important information but they don't know the particular situtation, habits or environment of the concerned families. So how would they be able to help efficiently?"

Hansen draws on this to provide individual consultations which look at the whole puzzle to unearth the missing piece of each family's sleeping puzzle. Hansen claimed she supports the families all the way throughout the journey until they have achieved peaceful sleep. Working together with the parents, she established a sleep plan customised to the needs of each family. The goal is that everyone feels comfortable with each step. That way the family will get the sleep they need so that they can fully enjoy their lives with baby every day.
