The weather forecast for Luxembourg tomorrow, Monday 8 February, is for violent gusts of severe wind between 90 km/h and 110 km/h, leading to an Orange level of warning.
In accordance with the emergency response plan (ERP) concerning inclement weather, the meteorological phenomenon "wind gusts" is deemed to have an ORANGE levl of warning, requiring vigilance across the whole country. The authorities have advised the public to be cautious and to limit travel by car and on foot to the bare necessities.
Preventive measures have been taken by the relevant Luxembourg authorities (Administration of the emergency services and Highways Administration) and by the Grand Ducal Police.
