Due to unusual weather conditions, the Ville de Luxembourg announced Tuesday that it would be closing City parks for the entire day.
Multiple trees have fallen across roads in the Grand Duchy, blocking traffic, since the government issued an orange warning alert for violent gusts of wind for Monday.
The risk of detritus caused by falling trees has led Luxembourg City authorities to close the Parc Municipal, Parc Neuman and Parc Laval for Tuesday 9 February 2016, until the weather becomes calmer.
