A disagreement between two motorists in Steinfort on Tuesday evening resulted in one of the men being attacked with pepper spray.
The incident occurred shortly after 18:00 along route d'Arlon. After the two drivers stopped their cars, one of them went to the vehicle of the other and pushed against the driver's door with his foot. The car began rolling and bumped slightly into the rear of the car in front.
The angry driver went for the second man, who used pepper spray to fend him off. A young person who was in the immediate vicinity of the incident was also hit by a small amount of pepper spray.
The police were called in to the calm the situation and confiscated the pepper spray due to its status as a prohibited weapon.
