The Grand Ducal Police have appealed to members of the public for help in identifying two women suspected of stealing a wallet in a shop in Esch-sur-Alzette.
The incident occurred on Friday 5 February 2016 in the frozen food section of a shop in place de l'Hôtel de Ville. Taking advantage of a distracted individual, the two women (pictured) stole a wallet from the undercarriage of a pram before leaving the premises. The two suspects were also previously caught on camera attempting to steal a wallet from a jacket pocket, which proved unsuccessful.
The police are now attempting to identify the women photographed and are asking anyone with relevant information to contact the Esch-sur-Alzette police department at 4997-5500.
