Multiple weeks of investigation has paid off for SREC Diekirch, culminating in the arrest of four individuals found in violation of the Drugs Act.
Several police departments were involved in the investigation, which on 2 and 6 June 2016 led to the arrest, under the supervision of the Diekirch examining magistrate, of four 18-24 year-olds found trafficking drugs in the Nordstad metropolitan area.
Subsequent searches resulted in the confiscation of 1.6 kg of marijuana, €9,000 in cash and two vehicles related to the drugs network.
