On Monday 27 Juen 2016, a farmers demonstration is being planned outside the European Council of Agriculture Ministers which is being held at the European Conference Centre on Place de l'Europe in Luxembourg-Kircgberg.
Farmers are expected to travel from Belgium to participate in the protest which will be monitored closely by the Police Grand Ducale. They are expected to cross the border at Sterpenich at around 09:30 and will be escorted by the Luxembourg police to Kirchberg, arriving at around 10:15, with traffic disruption expected along the way. they will also escort the Belgian farmers and the tractors back to the border with Belgium after the event.
