On 7 and 8 August 2016 Ben Péporté from Luxembourg will represent Saarland in the German BBQ Championship 2016, and Villeroy & Boch have announced that the chef will be using their tableware.
A total of 50 teams will fight at the fairgrounds in Fulda for the crown in the first league of the German Sports Grill.
In May, Ben Péporté helped secure his team Let'z Grill 1st place in the southwest German barbecue championship in Bexbach for the second time. His exquisite barbecue creations made his team stand out in the competition and were served on Villeroy & Boch tableware.
Ben Péporté works at the Buvette Food Truck / Restaurant at Rotondes in Luxembourg-Bonnevoie. His homemade barbecue specialties are served on hotel tableware from Villeroy & Boch. Whether it be grilled sausage, steak, vegetables, classic burgers or vegetarian burgers, whether dessert or cake – all dishes are served on the current Artesano Professionale and BBQ Passion collections, which have already won many design awards.
