The cabinet of Luxembourg's government endorsed the plan of Luxembourg's central bank to issue three new collector's coins.

The Central Bank of Luxembourg is to distribute three collectors' coins after the cabinet approved their technical and visual specifications.

The silver and niobium collector's item featuring Useldange Chateau is being issued as part of the numismatic series dedicated to castles in Luxembourg, and will be put into circulation from 1 March 2017. A silver and gold coin is to be issued on the occasion of the renovation of the Pont Adolphe, and is to be put into circulation from 1 May 2017. Also, a silver and gold coinn issued as part of the numismatic series dedicated to flora and fauna in Luxembourg is to be put into circulation from 1 June 2017.
