On 4 and 5 September 2015, Luxembourg Minister of Finance Pierre Gramegna will be in Ankara to represent the European Union at the G20 meeting of Finance Ministers.

Minister Gramegna will be in attendance at the meeting together with European Commissioner for Economic and Financial Affairs, Taxation and Customs, Pierre Moscovici, and President of the European Central Bank (ECB), Mario Draghi.

Ministers will be working on on the establishment of a common strategy to encourage global investment as a means of boosting growth. Other topics for discussion will include the implementation of governance reforms of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), as well as climate finance, ahead of the COP21 Conference in Paris this December.
