Luxembourg's Minister of Labour, Employment and the Social and Solidarity Economy, Nicolas Schmit, was in the Norwegian city of Bergen on Wednesday 29 and Thursday 30 June 2016 to attend the Skills Summit organised by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).
The high-level meeting discussed challenges in terms of skills faced by OECD countries.
"Investing in people skills is a major challenge of our time," commented Nicolas Schmit at the conference. "It is a challenge in terms of social inclusion, productivity and innovation."
