Luxembourg finished in 5th position with 12 points in the European Curling Championships C-Division 2016 in Ljubljana, Slovenia.

Represented by Fabio Veltri, Alex Benoy, Francesco Grassi and Marc Hansen as skip, Luxembourg had been dreaming of a play-off position by finishing in the top 4 of the 11-nation division: Andorra, Belarus, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, France, Ireland, Iceland, Luxembourg, Romania and Serbia.

After the first six games, Luxembourg had recorded four wins, against Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia and Belarus, but had lost to Estonia and Ireland, to lie 4th in the table.
