At the FINA World Swimming Championships currently being held in Kazan, Russia, from 24 July to 9 August 2015, Luxembourg's Julien Henx was in action for the first time on Wednesday morning.

He swam the Men's 100m Freestyle in a time of 50.77 secs, just missing his national record by 0.41 seconds. "Until 75 metres I felt great, after that, it really hurt" he commented. He finished in 57th position out of 115 starters; the fastest times in the heats was set by NING Zetao (China), 48.11 secs.

Raphael Stacchiotti finished the Men's 200m Individual Medley in a time of 2.02.60, coming 23rd out of 47 swimmers.
