The National Institute for Sustainable Development and Corporate Social Responsibility (INDR) has appointed Norman Fisch as secretary general. 

Mr Fisch joined the institute as coordinator in 2012, building on his background in information systems and marketing and MBA in strategy. 

Having gained extensive experience in corporate social responsibility (CSR), he was a strong contributor to the development of the ESR (Socially Responsible Enterprise) Guide, which is the basis of the ESR label issued by the INDR, as well as working to build awareness of CSR across Luxembourg. 

Former secretary general, Nicolas Henckes has been appointed director of the institute.
