At the Australian Open Tennis Championship in Melbourne, Australia, Luxembourg's Gilles Muller has lost his first-round match, going down to world #95 John Millman (AUS) in a five-set thriller.
While winning the first set, Muller lost the next two before clawing his way back into the game at two sets all, only to lose the last set 7-5. Final score 4-6, 6-4, 6-2, 4-6, 7-5.
In the Men's Doubles, Muller and his playing partner Mahesh Bhupathi (IND) lost their second-round match to the third seeds, Bob and Mike Bryan (USA), 6-3, 6-2.
