Starting 1 September, Lauren Crisp has joined the team at ATC Sports as Marketing Manager and Senior Trainer.
Lauren has a degree in sports science from Loughborough University and is a national squash player for Luxembourg. Lauren’s role will be to develop ATC’s athletes and guide them through their training programmes. She will be raising awareness around ATC’s expanding services through target marketing, events and strength and conditioning workshops.
ATC is a private instructional strength development gym, with the aim to teach young and old, male and female to pursue a fitness lifestyle - and what physical-, mental-, strength-, and character building is all about: Persist, endure, respect, learn, plan, be patient, create results. ATC provides its athletes with a personalised training programme with specific objectives. An assigned coach follows the evolution very closely and adjusts the program where necessary.
ATC has the license rights of a world leading coaching platform XPS from sidelinessport. ATC sports sàrl has been created in May 2015 and is located at the 22 rue de l’Industrie at Wandhaff, between Capellen and Steinfort.
