Yoga practitioner Constantinos Giannetakis has announced an Iyengar Yoga workshop to take place the weekend of 20-21 May 2017 at YogaBalance, Luxembourg-Kirchberg.

Iyengar Yoga emphasises detail, precision and alignment in posture and breathing. Come along in the coming weeks to try this practice out with Constantinos Giannetakis’ workshop entitled “Moving into Stillness: Meditative Aspects of Asana and Pranayama” in Luxembourg City.

Constantinos has been a dedicated practitioner of Iyengar Yoga since 1992, having gained his teaching certification in London in 2002. He is also a certified clinical psychologist. His teaching is alignment-based and aims at clarifying the biomechanics of asanas and pranayamas in a very precise way, with the belief that the study of the body, nature and breath gives one the opportunity to understand the mind.

This is the eighth workshop he is holding in Luxembourg.

There will be two workshop sessions per day at 10:00-13:00 and 14:15-16:15.

Participations costs €140.
