After having announced its partnership with Cisco for the launch of Telindus Telecom U-touch, a unified communications and collaboration offer on demand, based on the Cisco HCS solution, Telindus Luxembourg has been recognised “Partner of the Year” for Luxembourg during the 2015 ceremony of the “Partner Awards”.
During the ceremony, Cisco rewarded Telindus for its business performance and the quality of its customer services on the Luxembourg market. Telindus is the only player on the market to have built its cloud on Cisco technologies, the global ICT leader, to propose its Infrastructure and Communication solutions in an ‘as-a-service’ mode (IaaS and UCaaS).
This award also highlights one of the most important projects in the history of Telindus Luxembourg: its privileged partnership with Innovative Solutions for Finance (IS4F) to operate telecommunications services and data storage services of the institutions that emerged from the former Dexia group. Some very big names of the international financial sector have thus been migrated to the HCS platform and have benefited from a unique service in Luxembourg. Among others, Belfius Insurance (Cisco telephony environment) and soon Banque Internationale in Luxembourg (BIL).
Together with Cisco, Telindus has the necessary critical mass to offer Luxembourgish medium-size and large companies to benefit from the largest unified communication platform in Luxembourg.
Telindus Telecom U-touch is a dematerialised solution for telephony and video communication, integrated communications and contact centres. The virtualised application is fully modular according to the users’ need.
“Collaboration cannot be thought in a single and uniform approach. Some customers need video communications while others prefer to rely on the contact centres module. That is why Telindus splits its offer in different formulas, which enables companies to be even more responsive, agile and innovative”, said Gérard Hoffmann, Chairman & Managing Director of Telindus Luxembourg. Telindus Telecom U-touch is a communication services menu provided entirely in an ‘as-a-service’ mode. Users always have access to the required functions: in the office, while traveling or at home.”
Telindus has integrated the unified communications in an ‘as-a-service’ model, in which the customers pay per user. There are therefore no more specific licence costs for the licence nor for additional material installation costs for the customers, but an invoice that varies each month depending on the pace of the user growth.
