International Tax Review (ITR) has named 159 Deloitte professionals in the 2016 Indirect Tax Leaders Guide; Christian Deglas, Tax Partner at Deloitte Luxembourg, was again awarded for his leading performance in indirect tax matters.

Deloitte has more Indirect Tax leaders named than any other organisation for the 4th year running. Inclusion in the guide is based on a minimum number of nominations received by other professionals. Entrants must also possess evidence of outstanding work in the last year and consistently positive feedback from clients and peers. Deloitte’s specialists were recognised in 43 jurisdictions which highlights Deloitte's close connection to the marketplace.

Being listed in ITR’s Indirect Tax Leaders guide is a great endorsement of our work. Indirect tax regimes are undergoing complex changes throughout the world and we follow these processes closely to help our clients understand and comply with the rules. This award is a recognition of the whole indirect tax team here in Luxembourg,” explained Christian Deglas, who leads the indirect tax team and who has more than 25 years of experience in international VAT.

On 11 October, the indirect tax team opens the doors for their popular VAT autumn update in Luxembourg.
