IMS Luxembourg has announced that the Lëtzebuerg Diversity Awards are back and will be held on Thursday 11 May 2017, with entries now open (until 1 March 2017).

IMS Luxembourg, via the Lëtzebuerg Diversity Charter, is organising the second edition of the Lëtzebuerg Diversity Awards; this initiative aims to reward best practices in terms of managing diversity within organisations in Luxembourg.

Candidateure is now open to any organisation across the Grand Duchy, whether a signatory to the Lëtzebuerg Diversity Charter or not, and irrespective whether it is a private, public or non-profit organisation, and wishes to promote good practice in terms of diversity, in one of the four categories proposed:

- Recruitment, Reception and Integration

- Career Management

- Environment and Well-being at Work

- Communication and Values ​​of the Organization

Applications must be submitted by 1 March 2017, at midnight, in order to have a chance to be among the recipients of these awards. A pre-jury and a jury, composed of experts and personalities from Luxembourg, will determine the winners.

The prizes will be awarded on 11 May at the closing ceremony of Diversity Day Lëtzebuerg (National Diversity Day) by Minister Corinne Cahen, at a special evening at the Philharmonie.
