Inspiring More Sustainability (IMS) hosted the Lëtzebuerg Diversity Awards yesterday as part of the activities of the Lëtzebuerg Diversity Charter, with ASTI, Youth4Work, ADEM and Sodexo taking away the awards, in front of an audience of nearly 120. 

The day presents an opportunity for organisations to showcase their commitment to diversity by implementing regular and fun actions for all employees. Over three years, more than 150 actions have been identified underlining the increasing investment organisations in Luxembourg are making in favour of diversity.

The awards recognise best practices for diversity management in Luxembourg in terms of sustainability, steering and replicability.

The winners were:

Recruitment, Reception and Integration: ASTI for the «Connections» project which promotes the integration into the labour market of applicants for and beneficiaries of international protection.

Career Management: Youth4Work for their coaching project for troubled youth.

Environment and Welfare at Work: ADEM for their call centre composed only of people with disabilities.

Communication and Organisational Values ​: Sodexo for the project "Vis ma vie" which allows employees to change positions for one day in order to break stereotypes related to certain professions.
