The Association of British and Irish Accountants in Luxembourg (ABIAL) has announced that it is organising an ABIAL Breakfast event on Wednesday 12 October 2016 from 08:30-10:30 (registration starts at 18:00) at Sofitel Europe, Kirchberg (4 Rue du Fort Niedergrunewald, 2015 Luxembourg)

The topic will be “Irish Chartered Accountants at home and away in 2016" with the President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ireland, Liam Lynch. He has been a partner in KPMG since 2004 and has over 20 years tax experience. Liam advises a range of large Irish private companies, especially a number expanding internationally, as well as having wide experience with financial services organisations where he concentrates on advising clients in the insurance industry. He provides both domestic and international tax advice and has wide experience of drawing together the salient features of various regimes from around the world to decide upon the best solution for his clients. He has wide experience of leading large multi-country teams in delivering these solutions, including leading international tax teams on large scale mergers and acquisitions transactions.
