Dr. Francisco Van der Hoff, founder of the Fair Trade label, will headline two upcoming events, taking place in Luxembourg – “New Business Model. Be Convinced. Make a Difference”, a session for CEOs on 16 June; and “Making Trade Fairer – Unlocking the Power of Many”, a conference on solidarity-based economy, particularly from a Luxembourg-oriented perspective, on 17 June.
The CEO event is intended for executives to better understand the new social and environmental issues and find concrete, innovative and sustainable solutions. Dr. Van der Hoff will deliver a presentation, before fielding questions from the audience. It will be held in English, from 08:00 at the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

For the second event, Dr. Van der Hoff will address the conference on fair trade and solidarity-based economy as seen and experienced from below. Moreover, five other local players that support fair trade will share their points of view. It will be held in French and English, from 18:30 at Neimënster in Luxembourg-Grund and is open to all.
