On Tuesday 20 October 2015, the Associaion luxembourgeoise pour l'étude du droit de la concurrence (ALEDC) will be holding a breakfast conference centered around the theme of 'The Damages Directive: Challenges and Prospects of the Transposition into Luxembourg Law'.

The seminar will feature as its guest speaker Céline Marchand, lawyer, Competitiveness Council Programme. The programme will be opened at 08:30 with a breakfast offered by Clifford Chance, followed by a word of welcome by Christian Kremer, Managing Partner at Clifford Chance.

The Introduction will be provided by Gabriel Bleser, Advocate of the court, President of ALEDC, before Céline Marchand presents the topic in question shortly before 09:00. This will be followed by a Q&A session.
