The Luxembourg Chapter of the International Coach Federation (ICF) has announced that it will kick-off the New Year with a TAI CHI and Management Conference, entitled "Optimise your energy in management thanks to Tai Chi techniques" at the Restaurant ZAI (273 Route d’Arlon, 8010 Strassen).
The conference on Thursday 26 January 2017 from 18:30 will be led by guest speaker Sébastien Marie, Trainer and Certified Instructor in Tai Chi Chuan. He will talk about management attitudes and tools to adopt in order to develop a more serene internal posture, how to stop power games and how to refocus the energy on one's professional activity. Tai Chi techniques and applications will be demonstrated.
