The Junior Chamber International (JCI) Luxembourg has announced details of its first Monthly Meeting of 2017, taking place on Wednesday 18 January from 19:00 at the Chambre de Commerce in Luxembourg-Kirchberg, with Guest Speaker Nancy Thomas, Director of IMS.

For 10 years, Nancy has been involved in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy development. She worked with IMS-Entreprendre pour la Cité in France where she was in charge of communication, more specifically focused on social entrepreneurship and integration into the workplace.

Then she became Head of Communications for Envie Federation, a French national network of non-profit organisations that help people who have experienced long-term unemployment to retrain in electrical and electronic equipment recycling.

At the same time, she ran consulting activities in the area of communication (creating visual identities, brochures, etc.) and CSR, leading to the implementation of CSR strategies in SMEs.

Since January 2012, she became head of Inspiring More Sustainability - IMS Luxembourg, the national leading network for Corporate Social Responsibility. As a catalyst for social innovation, IMS is the network that accompanies organisations in their commitment to CSR by enhancing dialogue with their stakeholders. IMS is an independent association.

The presentation will be in French, Q&A can be either in French or in English.
