Is it time to change the financing of the EU? The Bridge Forum Dialogue and the European Investment Bank will put that question to examination with a conference tomorrow chaired by Dr Werner Hoyer, president of the European Investment Bank, together with speaker Mario Monti, former Prime Minister of Italy and member of the European Commission from 1995 to 2004.
Future Financing of the EU. Time To Change? will be held in the Grand Atrium of the East Building at the European Investment Bank on Tuesday 28 February and opens at 18:30 with a speech by Mr Monti, followed by a Q&A in English and a reception at 19:30.
