The 7th edition of PrivateBanker - dedicated to the wealth management sector - will be held on Wednesday 23 March 2016 at the European Convention Centre in Luxembourg-Kirchberg from 09:00.
This year’s theme will address The Future of Private Banking from different perspectives; digital advances, increasing demand, the abolition of banking secrecy.
This topic will be addressed through 2 expert panel discussions including:
- The Strive for Transparency: How will companies adapt to the ever changing climate since the abolition of banking secrecy? In the effort for more transparency whilst maintaining client privacy and the urgency for data protection, what business need to be put in place to better answer to the client’s requirements.
- The Effect of Disruptive Technology on Wealth Management: Is the disruption on wealth management a threat or an opportunity? New technologies -including robots advisors -and solutions are allowing the client to be more autonomous in managing their own wealth. Where does the private banker stand at the dawn of such evolutions?
The event will open at 9:00am and conclude with a networking lunch at 12:30pm.
