The LCGB trade union has confirmed that a new Collective Work Agreement (CWA) has been signed with management of Kuehne + Nagel which covers their 570 employees located across three different sites in the Grand Duchy: Contern, Findel and Howald.

The new CWA for the logistics company covers a three-year period (2016 - 2018) from 1 January 2016, and includes the following changes:

• November 2016: Exceptional bonus of €500 for all employees;

• From 1 January 2017: Fixed salary increase of €50 for all employees;

• From 1 January 2018: Allocation of an additional day off for all employees;

• As of 16 August 2016: Application of a reference period of three months combined with a Flextime system for administrative employees in order to allow greater flexibility in working hours;

• At their own request, technical employees keep a reference period of 1 month.
