The Ile aux clowns charity has reported on an eventful 2015 with many activities and missions undertaken; over 900 monthly visits were conducted, to the delight of over 10,000 people across 21 institutions.

The year 2016 also looks promising and the Association has decided to hire 3 more clowns, so the team will comprise, from 1 June 2016, a total of 9 hospital clowns. In addition, a new director was hired as Marco Heil took office on 1 April 2016 when Joëlle Golinski, after her years of commitment to the a.s.b.l. left the association.

A final change concerns the organisation's headquarters. Following the expansion of its team, the organisation has decided to leave its current premises located in Luxembourg at 1 Plateau du Rham, to move into more spacious premises at 61 rue Vauban in Luxembourg city.

All these facilities will allow the Ile aux Clowns to pursue its goal: giving happiness and exhilaration to people who are hospitalised and more generally to any individual in any health care, medical and / or social facility.

The Ile aux Clowns  also recognises the clowns and volunteers who work with great commitment for the association, as well as the many donors who enable the organisation to continue its missions.
