On Thursday 28 April 2016, more than 720 students discovered atypical trades through workshops at companies, communes and administrations as part of this year's 'Girls' Day - Boys' Day'.

Through visits to private sector, municipal and government institutions, male and female students participated in practical experiments to identify their talents and develop their professional goals.

Of these 720 students, nine were selected to get to know the different professions represented at Cargolux Airlines International S.A. The company employs around 450 people and operates a fleet comprised of twenty aircraft. The 'Girls' Day - Boys' Day' programme included a private tour of the hangar with the ability to gain insight into aircraft maintenance and a tour of the workshops.

Meanwhile, 5 girls visited the various services offered by Customs and Excise. One of the activities was a lorry check of the driver and papers with a scan of the lorry's load.
