The British Chamber of Commerce (BCC) for Luxembourg has announced an Evening Business Tax Forum, organised for Tuesday 2 May 2017 at Deloitte Luxembourg (Neudorf), from 17:00.

The BCC, in partnership with Deloitte Luxembourg, invites the public to its upcoming Evening Business Tax Forum entitled “Automatic Exchange of Information in Tax Matters: the global transparency era has started.”

Automatic exchange of information is increasingly becoming the standard system of exchange between tax authorities, with a rapidly growing number of countries participating in initiatives, such as the OECD Common Reporting Standard.

The event’s conference speakers, Nenad Ilic, Director of Deloitte Luxembourg and Caitriona Dowling, Vice-President of the Bank of New York Mellon, are renowned specialists in Automatic Exchange of Information, and will walk the audience through the pathway from secrecy to the automatic exchange of information and beyond.

To close the evening, drinks and canapes will be provided and there will be the opportunity to meet and discuss with fellow Chamber Members and the panellists.

The cost of attending this event is free for Sustaining Members, €30 for Business and Individual Members, and €50 for Non-Members.
