The Indian Business Chamber of Luxembourg (IBCL) is organising an evening seminar on Monday 23 November 2015 from 18:00 at the premises on KPMG Luxembourg (39 Avenue J.F. Kennedy, L- 1855 Luxembourg-Kirchberg) on the topic of Managing Emerging Enterprise Risks.

Internal or external fraud can affect any types of enterprises. In today's international environment such fast-evolving asymmetric risks are difficult to quantify and could have a major impact on society and industry. This event will be an occasion to foster the exchange of ideas, information, and insights from experts. 

Welcome address by Mr Laurent Mosar – Lawyer and Politician, with presentations by:

- Peter Van Crombrugge,  Chief Analytics Officer at LOGOS. Peter had a long career at Europol and Belgium Federal Police as a Lead Intelligence Analyst. Since news began to spread that a ground breaking product called iDETECT helps organisations to defeat the most sophisticated forms of threats, Peter, hasn’t had much time to himself. As Chief Analytics Officer and one of the key men behind iDETECT technology he travels and works extensively in the EMEA region. Peter is also known as one of the international “gurus” in the domain of Financial Intelligence (FININT), including AML/CTF, counter-fraud, market abuse & other complex forms of financial crimes.

- Jean-Philppe Wagnon, Partner at Vectis. Mr Wagnon studied economics and business administration at the Solvay Business School. In 2005, he founded Vectis, an advisory firm specialized in internal governance focusing on the financial sector in Luxembourg. Vectis activities include one-time advisory or ongoing support and execution in the domain of company creation, board definition, business development, company compliance and management.

- Sandrine Periot, Director at KPMG . Sandrine joined KPMG in 1996 and has been the Director of the Forensic and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) services practice since October 2012. She has built a strong expertise in compliance and, in particular, AML. Her experience includes customer/distribution and transaction due diligence, AML investigation and risk assessment, AML compliance program management as well as fraud risk management and anti-bribery and corruption assessment across the insurance, funds and banking sectors.
