European gourmet chefs will be presenting their meals on Stella Vogue and Blossom Hotel dishes from Villeroy & Boch at this year’s qualifying round of the Bocuse d’Or.

For the first time, Italy will be the venue for the European qualifying round in the Bocuse d’Or competition and on 11 and 12 June 2018, the crème de la crème of gourmet cuisine from 20 nations will come together to compete in the Gourmet Expoforum in Turin. The ten winners of the qualifying round will then meet again at the final on 29 and 30 January 2019 in Lyon, along with another 14 top chefs representing the continents of America, Asia-Pacific and Africa.

Once again, the Villeroy & Boch Hospitality Division will be present on both days of the Bocuse d’Or European round in Turin and at the final in Lyon. To serve their culinary creations, competitors will be able choose from a selection of plates from the Stella Vogue and Stella Hotel ranges. All meat dishes will be served on the large presentation plate and dinner plates from the Blossom Hotel collection.

Thanks to their size and elegant design, the stylish round plates with the delicate white-on-white relief from the Stella Vogue and Stella Hotel collections will provide the chefs with plenty of scope to showcase their creations. Inspired by nature, the unusual design of Blossom Hotel features an elegant floral pattern and a delicate geometry with irregular contours, creating a unique look for every item.
