Etienne Schneider Participates in Eastern Economic Forum in Russia

Luxembourg Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Economy, Etienne Schneider, will participate from 6-7 September 2017 at the "Eastern Economic Forum" in Vladivostok in Russia.

Following the invitation of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Federation of Russia and the Russian president's Plenipotentiary Representative in the federal district of the Far East, Yury Trutnev, Minister Etienne Schneider will represent Luxembourg at the Eastern Economic Forum held in Vladivostok, Russia today and tomorrow.

The Eastern Economic Forum seeks to promote the economic development of the region of the Russian Far East by strengthening the relationship between the community of international investors and Russian companies.

In addition to the forum, Etienne Schneider will exchange views with Igor Komarov, General Director of the Russian space agency Roscosmos, as well as attending political interviews, notably with Maxim Oreshkin, Minister of Economic Development of the Federation of Russia.
