The Luxembourg Ministry of Agriculture, Viticulture and Consumer Protection today launched the new agriculture portal www.agriculture.public.lu and www.landwirtschaft.public.lu.

The main purpose of the new thematic portal is the centralisation of all relevant information concerning farmers, wine producers and horticulturists as well as consumers. This portal gathers together all current topics, as well as thematic files with additional contextual information. The platform also offers a wealth of information such as publications, statistics, forms, diaries, etc.

The portal is to be considered as a unique, single platform and its thematic approach considerably increases the transparency and accessibility of the information and services offered by the different administrations.

It now includes the sites of the Ministry of Agriculture, Viticulture and Consumer Protection and the five administrations under its supervision, that is to say those of the Administration of Technical Services of Agriculture (ASTA ), the Rural Economy Service (SER), the National Land Consolidation Office (ONR), the Wine Institute (IVV) and the Veterinary Services Administration (ASV).
