ECPAT Luxembourg’s initiative ECPAT You(th) Together has organised a photo exhibition on the subject of the sexual exploitation and abuse of children, entitled ‘Visions of Hope’, to take place between 18 November and 9 December 2016 at Rotondes.

ECPAT You(th) Together, launched by ECPAT Luxembourg as part of its educational activities for young people in the Grand-Duchy, has created an exhibition which uses 18 photos to present ECPAT Luxembourg’s project in Mali aiming to prevent the sexual exploitation of children and offering protection and rehabilitation for victims.

This is ECPAT You(th) Together’s first big project. The photographer Arnold Grojean travelled throughout Mali to capture images which show the situation of young girls exploited through prostitution. The exhibition focuses on the survivors, their experiences and also their futures.

During the exhibition, ECPAT Luxembourg will also discuss its activities in Mali which it refers to as ‘Breaking the silence on exploited girls and victims of sexual exploitation in Mali’.

The opening event of the exhibition will take place on 18 November at 19:00 at Rotondes and will last until 9 December 2016.
