Fatal motorcyclist accident;
On Sunday 27 May 2018, a 35 year-old Dutch motorcyclist died in a road accident on the CR330 between Selscheid and Kleinhoscheid in the north of the Grand Duchy.
The accident happened at around 18:00 on Sunday, as the motorcyclist was travelling towards Kleinhoscheid. The Grand ducal Police reported that when he came off his motorcycle on a right-hand corner, landing in the ditch on the left hand-side of the road and hitting a roadside tree.
The emergency services arrived on the scene from Ettelbrück and Troisvierges, but they could not save the motorcyclist who died at the scene of the accident.
