The Grand Ducal Police have issued an appeal for information on the whereabouts of 12 year-old Victor Alexandro Rijo Feliciano who was last seen on 23 June.
On that day he was seen at 10:00 on Rue André Duscher in Luxembourg city, and later at around 16:00 at the fair in the station district of Luxembourg city.
He is described as 1.68m tall, with dark skin (native of the Dominican Republic), of thin stature, with dark hair which is shaved on the sides. He was dressed in a jeans (with holes), a black / white dotted T-shirt and sneakers.
