The number of jobseekers in Luxembourg has decreased by 5.8% or 942 people over one year.
This drop in July 2018, which mainly affected jobseekers under the age of 30 (-11.4%) and low-skilled workers (-7.7%), has brought the unemployment rate to 5.5%.

The most frequently sought trades were accounting (143 positions declared), computer development (143), secretarial (102), front office of financial markets (100) and kitchen staff (97).
