The Grand Ducal Police has confirmed that a search for a man reported missing in the vicinity of the reservoir at Esch-sur-Sure has been called off at 16:40 due to bad light.
The alarm was sounded in the early afternoon on Friday for a man who had gone missing in the morning near Lulzhausen and Insenborn in the vicinity of the reservoir.
The authorities called in a police helicopter as well as a divers and canine unit to help in the search.
