Customs investigators have uncovered an extensive drug network in the south of Luxembourg.

After nearly three months of investigative service, customs investigators were finally able to find two heroin traders, mainly in the south of the country. Another accomplice was also arrested and brought before the examining magistrate.

At the time of the arrest, it was possible to secure five kilograms of heroin and a rather significant sum of money as well as cocaine and hashish. In a subsequent house search, the investigators found another 220 grams of heroin and material which is used for the production of heroin balls. The seized heroin was already processed to heroin balls and ready for sale to middlemen and end consumers.

The value of the drugs amounts to more than €100,000 when reselling.
