The 14th edition of the Luxembourg HR Awards took place on Thursday 17 November 2016.
Every year, the Luxembourg HR Awards rewards the best initiatives and solutions on the market. This year, over 300 professionals attended conferences by Luxembourgish and international speakers on the theme of “collaborator of tomorrow” as well as a traditional gala dinner to share good practices and expertise.
The prize ceremony started with the “Best Management Services Change” award, which was given to Deloitte Luxembourg who supported a European institution with an integrated management change approach. Deloitte Luxembourg also won the prize for Best HR Strategy Firm.
The prize for the “Best Tax and Legal Partner” went once again to MNKS who proposes concrete and realistic solutions for clients’ issues and wants to become DRH’s business partner.
The company Pétillances won the Best Motivation Solutions Award. The jury highlighted the individual support given to collaborators with a tight network of social assistants, doctors and parastatal organisations.
As for the Best Recruiter prize, this year DO Recruitment Advisors won again, for its personalised support and client knowledge. Next, Qualia won the award for Best Talent Management Firm, followed by Skeeled who was nominated for HR Startup of the Year and also won the Best HR Performance Tool prize for its modern response to digitalisation in the recruitment industry.

After having giving out several prizes during the HR Lab, Etix Everywhere’s HR department was named HR Team of the Year. The three members of the team aimed to implement an entire department from administration to recruitment. The team also launched the “Etix Academy” project, which is an innovative learning and training concept.
Finally, the prize for HR Manager of the Year was awarded to Julian Troian, the HR Director and Chief Happiness Officer of Etix Everywhere.
