Since 2017, Le Freeport Luxembourg has been committed to obtaining certificates and labels with national and international recognition.
In the past year, Le Freeport has received the Made in Luxembourg accreditation, which is attributed to 1% of Luxembourg companies as a sign of recognition of the storage company’s roots and values of quality and seriousness in customer service. It also acquired the labels Superdreckskëscht, a label for the environment and management of industrial and non-industrial waste, and 99.6% GRASP, an audit certificate to identify the level of security and safety of the building.
In addition, January 2018 saw Le Freeport receive the certification of the ISO9001 version 2015 of the TÜV Rheinland with the mention "high security storage of valuables". This makes it the only building with such a certificate in Europe.
The acquisition of the certificates mentioned and received form part of the company’s efforts to strengthen its image as well as that of its tenants or potential customers.
