NN Life Luxembourg has been acquired by Bankers Insurance Holdings and subsequently renamed GB Life Luxembourg.
NN Life Luxembourg S.A. has announced its new name GB Life Luxembourg S.A. following its acquisition by Bankers Insurance Holdings S.A.
Bankers Insurance Holdings is part of a family of independent insurance companies supported by Global Bankers Insurance Group, LLC.
The acquisition is part of Bankers Insurance Holdings’ strategy to build a long-term, stable insurance and reinsurance presence in Europe. Significant investments in product development, digital platforms and additional company staff will be initiated to reach this objective.
No other entity of NN Group has been impacted by the change of ownership of NN Life Luxembourg S.A.
