The British Chamber of Commerce for Luxembourg (BCC) has announced that it is organising a conference on the EU Mobility Directive on Thursday 18 January 2024 at 17:00 at Baker McKenzie in Luxembourg-Ville (10-12 Boulevard Franklin D. Roosevelt, L-2450).

This event will present an overview of the most important changes and practical challenges brought by the upcoming transposition of the Mobility Directive. It also promises to be an opportunity to analyse together how Luxembourg legislation intends to preserve the long-established, widely tested and reliable frameworks for other reorganisation operations (e.g. out of scope of the European cross-border mergers, demergers and conversions regime), noted the BCC.

Guest Speakers from Baker McKenzie: Elodie Duchêne, Corporate M&A Partner, and Nastasia Dumitru, Corporate M&A Senior Associate.

The cost of attending this event is free for BCC members and €20 for non-members. Further information, including registration details, is available on the BCC website: https://www.bcc.lu/events/upcoming-events/?civiwp=CiviCRM&q=civicrm/event/info&reset=1&id=337.
