The "Train of Hope" is an initiative of pianist David Ianni, in collaboration with the Association Don de Mœlle du Luxembourg a.s.b.l. and the DKMS organisation (Deutsche Knochenmarkspenderdatei), which are committed to the fight against blood cancer.

- Train of Hope to Travel from Luxembourg to Berlin
David Ianni, performing on the funicular;
On Wednesday 16 May 2018 at 13:30, the "Train of Hope" will leave platform 1 at Luxembourg-Gare, destined for Berlin.
The "Train of Hope" leaves Luxembourg for a journey through Germany to raise awareness of leukaemia and to find, through this, new bone marrow donors. During the trip, David Ianni will perform concerts at different stations. On 27 May 2018, the "Train of Hope" arrives with the piano in Berlin, where it will be put up for auction.
