The Round Table 3 Luxembourg Internationale has presented a cheque for €3,000 to the Fondation Autisme Luxembourg (FAL) following a fund-raising initiative during this summer's Blues & Jazz Raly.

The money raised will go towards the purchase of equipment and tools to support the daily work carried out by Fondation Autisme Luxembourg at the Rambrouch site to guarantee a suitable environment for people with autism, secifically furniture and equipment for the Foyers and day centre.

As part of the annual Blues & Jazz Rallye held in Luxembourg-City, the Round Table 3 Luxembourg International team decided to support the Fondation Autisme Luxembourg. The result of the sales of their stand is impressive and shows the energy invested in this project. The sports equipment, the tools for the day centre and the furnishings allow the FAL staff to have the necessary elements to provide quality care.

It was after a visit that the members of the Round Table 3 Luxembourg International were particularly affected. They appreciated the fact that the Foundation promotes and defends the rights of people with autism regardless of the severity of their disability and intervenes when these rights are threatened. They were also reassured that the Foundation ensures that the rules of ethics and fundamental rights defined in the Charter of Rights for Autistic Persons (Autism-Europe) are respected.

The Fondation Autisme Luxembourg thanked the Round Table 3 Luxembourg International for this support which is also a source of motivation for the FAL teams to continue to guarantee quality services for people with autism.

The Foundation is placed under the High Patronage of Her Royal Highness the Grand Duchess since April 2018.

For those who wish to support the work of the Fondation Autisme Luxembourg, donations can be made to the FAL directly at IBAN BCCEE LU82 0019 1300 0445 5000.
