Saturday saw a group of ladies and gentlemen head to Top Squash in Sandweiler for an unforgettable evening of betting fun hosted by the British Ladies Club of Luxembourg.

The restaurant at Top Squash put on a delicious spread of spicy chicken, home-made guacamole and even fish and chips. Drinks were flowing and, even though it was raining outside, the betting table was hot - over €500 was raised for charity.

Each race had a special sponsor, who had all donated a special prize which was given to the owner of the winning horse. The race list for the evening was as follows:

- Opyos Gin Cup
- The Nowhere Brewing Derby
- Kathy’s Cupcakery Cup
- The Royal Home from Home Classic
- The Top Squash Grand Auction Race

The best dressed lady went home with a fabulous necklace created and designed by Josephine Desvaux De Marigny-Ollivry, and the best dressed gentleman received a full voucher for dinner for two at Top Squash.
